Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on Herbal ManXCure and what to expect afterwards.

1. Before Your Order Ships

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel:

1. Go to My Orders in your account
2. Select the order you'd like to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" and confirm

Once cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method or Herbal ManXCure Wallet within 5-7 business days.

2. After Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly. You may refuse the delivery at your doorstep, or once received, raise a return request through our Return & Replacement Policy.

3. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or a failed delivery attempt after multiple tries. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

4. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items before they ship, provided the remaining order value still meets any applicable offer or coupon conditions. Adjustments will be reflected in your final invoice and refund.
